Measurements: 26" w x 24" d x 36" h - Seat Height: 20"

Condition: Seats are a bit lumpy due to spring support but comfortable. One cushion has a spots where the velvet has been crushed from something heavy sitting on it (see last photo). Frames are sturdy but the arms are slightly soft.
